SULPHONATION

Our Film Sulphonation Plant was set up in the year 1997, in view to meet the fast growing demand for anionic surfactants both for in-house and entire region, the plant was set up with an annual capacity exceeding 15000 metric tonnes.

The state of the art design, technology and process machinery were supplied by Ballestra SpA italy , who are world leaders in the field of turnkey projects for the surfactant, soap and detergent industry.

The continuous Ballestra suphurex Multitube Film reactor, double step neutralization and de-aeration process is designed to produce Sulphonic acid and Sodium Lauryl Ether Sulphate. The plant is totally computer controlled with the help of Logoview Plus Supervisor control system, Molar ratio control system and the latest instrumentation thus ensuring products of consistent and internationally acceptable quality.

As we are committed to environmental excellence, the plant is designed to recycle all materials with no liquid or Solid effluents.

Products Produced are:
1. Linear Alkyl Benzene Sulphonic acid 96%(LABSA)
2. Sodium Lauryl Ether Sulphate (SLES 70%)
3. Sulphuric acid 99.5% - Battery and Technical grade.
